Secondary research process conducted to investigate current solutions.
The challenge lies in comprehensively understanding MS through online platforms and mobile applications offering services for MS patients, addressing both physical and mental aspects.

MS remains complex and not fully understandable to most people, despite the availability of official resources.
I created empathy map and journey map to understand and engage with the user experience comprehensively.

I developed persona descriptions to represent the platform's diverse related individuals base.

I worked on wireframes for the platform's user interface (UI) design.

At the final process, I shaped a vision for the platform's development and user engagement over the next five years through this thorough process.

"AI will be utilized to analyze patient data for personalized medication plans"
"Advanced analytics, AI will predict patient needs, allowing proactive management of medication refills and adjustments in therapy based on health data trends."
"Virtual care capabilities will be enhanced for remote consultations and monitoring, making healthcare more accessible."
"Environmentally sustainable practices wil be utilized in medication production and delivery."
5 years future, healthcare services increasingly integrating with medication delivery and prescription transmitting systems.
